1st Time Cleaning – $33 per hour (per cleaner, for new customers), confirmed by on-site inspection
A customer who has never had their home professionally cleaned is likely to have significant dust and soil build-up throughout the home. Thus, a first-time cleaning will take 2 or 3 times longer than a standard cleaning.
With an emphasis on top to bottom cleaning, a first-time cleaning is deep cleaning. We clean the nooks and crannies that have been perhaps overlooked. Once done, a regular schedule can maintain a high level of cleanliness.
We’ll clean everything, as needed: bathroom areas (cleaned and disinfected), tile walls cleaned, baseboards cleaned, general dusting, floors washed, carpets and rugs vacuumed, mirrors and fixtures cleaned and shined, cobwebs removed, countertops cleaned and disinfected, chrome shined, windowsills and ledges wiped down, vents dusted.
Move-In or Out Cleaning – $33/hr (per cleaner, for new customers), confirmed by on-site inspection
Moving in or out of a new property is both exhilarating and exhausting. Job Well Done Cleaning will free you from worries about your former home by restoring it back to move-in ready condition and making your former home look like new and ready to be lived in.
It’s a deeper cleaning compared to other cleanings.
We scrub, polish, dust, wash all appliances, and baseboards.
Regular Home Cleaning – $33/hr (per cleaner, for new customers), based on condition, a flat fee is negotiated for future cleanings
Job Well Done Cleaning is here to clean up for you. From regular upkeep to deep cleaning, Job Well Done Cleaning works with each client to customize a cleaning schedule so you can spend less time cleaning, and more time living.
Custom weekly, bi-weekly and monthly scheduled cleans are available.
We clean floors, dusting, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Not included in normal cleaning: base boards, windows, blinds, moving stoves or refrigerators. Check above for what is included in a first time, deep clean. If you are not sure if something is covered, please ask.
Scheduled Small Office Cleaning – $33/hr (per cleaner, for new customers), a flat fee is negotiated for future cleanings
When you spend your 40 hours a week working in your office, the last thing you want to do is clean. Let Job Well Done Cleaning help you out, before or after hours, so you can go live life.

Vacation Rental / Airbnb / Vrbo Cleaning – Negotiated Flat Fees Available!

We’ll take care of your vacation cleanups, on time and thoroughly!
We’ll clean the floors, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dust, mop, vacuum and tailor to your requests!
Note: What’s not included? Moving heavy items, outdoor work, carpet cleaning, mold or infestation removal, deep stain removal, cleaning of pet messes, cleaning of areas outside normal reach. Some items may be negotiated before work is agreed upon.
